Advice from practitioners, not observers

We founded Lupre on a simple principle: organisations deserve procurement advice from practitioners who have carried operational accountability for the outcomes they recommend. Every engagement reflects that philosophy—commercially grounded, practically informed, and focused on creating lasting value rather than producing reports.

Senior advisors

  • Jared Martin

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jared is a senior procurement and commercial advisor with more than 15 years of experience leading complex procurement, commercial performance, and transformation work across governments, major programmes, and multinational organisations.

His experience combines client-side accountability with advisory delivery, including procurement portfolios exceeding $2 billion in annual spend across technology, telecommunications, mining, industrial, MRO, managed services, and project procurement.

He has led sourcing, negotiation, governance, operating model, workflow, and commercial control initiatives that improved visibility, accountability, supplier engagement, and measurable value delivery across complex procurement environments.

Jared's advisory style is commercially grounded and execution-focused, helping clients use procurement as a broader business lever rather than a narrow cost-reduction function.

Based in Dubai, he advises organisations across the Middle East and Africa, with a particular focus on procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, commercial performance and complex procurement environments.
